Help desk

A Help Desk on Migration from Service Tax to GST has been set up in FKCCI in association with Service Tax Department from Monday, 20th to Wednesday, 22nd February 2017.

The Help Desk will be open to members and general public from Monday, 20th February to Wednesday, 22nd February 2017 between 2.30 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. Wherein the officers of Service Tax Department will assist the members in providing necessary information for migrating from Service Tax to GST.Members are requested to utilize this service which is being provided at FKCCI premises.

Help Desk at FKCCI Bangalore

FKCCI in association with Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has set up PF Help Desk-cum-Grievance Cell on the first Saturday of every month between 4:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m at FKCCI premises.This help desk is set up mainly to ease the practical problems faced by the members in connection with PF and other related issues.

Members may utilize this Help Desk by sending their queries/issues to hrir@fkcci.in quoting the PF Registration Number prior to the date of commencement of Help Desk and also personally attend the same
